I am born and raised in El Paso, TX, graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso in 1997, and left El Paso to start my career as a Financial Advisor. I thought at that time I would never be back in El Paso, but several years later an opportunity rose and I moved back and I'm happily still here. At that time I decided to also enroll and graduate with my Masters in Business Administration in 2003. I have two financial designations; Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®) is a a professional designation awarded by the College for Financial Planning to professionals who successfully complete a self study program, pass an exam, and agree to comply with a code of ethics. The other is Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) is someone with a professional financial planning designation awarded by the College for Financial Planning. Individuals may earn the CRPC designation by completing a study program and passing a final multiple-choice examination.
